Bad Guy and Good Guy, Which is Which for May 7’s Pacquiao Vs Mosley Face-Off?

Manny Pacquiao and Sugar Shane Mosley went on to a five-city press tour in order to promote their upcoming fight which would be next Saturday. It’s like they don’t have anything to worry about as both fighters are smiling and joking at the same time. Even if we grew up with stereotype boxing opponents drawing thumbs down unto each other, like they can’t stand each other to be one another, still, the lovely scene was like Mosley is playing along with the charade that’s attached to the fight. Mosley has to go along, because he seemingly begged Top Rank promoter Bob Arum to fight the People’s champ.

During a boxing conferences building up to the big day, there’s always the protagonist and antagonist, but I’m truly baffled why these two guys are acting like they are silly old friends, instead of looking like assassins who will have to butcher each other on fight night.

Attention-starved Floyd Mayweather Jr. cooked up flair and drama at everyone at his press conferences. Funny sitting in one of those gigs because he would come with nothing more or less, and Mayweather has his ways with backing up everything he said.

We all know that Pacquiao smiles and laughs all the time, and that includes his way to the bank. If Mosley is deadpan serious about winning the fight, he should dig down wiping that confident smirk on Pacquiao’s face.

After I watched the premiere episode of Showtime’s ‘Fight Camp 360’ it gave that sensational gut punch which made me think that Mosley should probably play the role of the bad guy, highlighting the fact that he has most of the advantages turn noses against him. His advancing age, declining skills, doubting thoughts from haters and fans alike, and a hurtful loss to Mayweather and a desperate allegiance with Bob Arum for arranging his fight with Pacquiao. These things should be boiling inside him now, ready to explode any minute.

Bad guy or good guy of the show, we have nothing else to do but wait with what May 7, (May 8) in the Philippines has in store for us boxing fans and enthusiasts.

Mosley Runs a Bit Slow: Fight Camp 360 Episode 1

Fight Camp 360. We’re talking about boxing precision here ladies and gentlemen, and everything nice with the what-nots of a boxer’s training caught on film should really show us. And Showtime deserve countless thumbs up for pulling off a very good job at filming the last part of a champion’s training that’s made up of a few more weeks before the biggest event spent by two of the world’s greatest fighters of today as they shape up for the upcoming fight on May 7, 2011.

After watching the premier episode of Fight Camp 360 Pacquiao vs Mosley, people immediately gave opinions and even shared sentiments online; saying that Mosley seemed to be looking a bit worn out and a bit old for the sport and he looked rather tired and just plain used.

To make matters worse, he certainly looked painfully slow. Once again, Pacquiao proved that he still has the oomph, besting the last champion for their fight on May 7. Why wouldn’t he? He never falters with that boxer’s glow which he always possessed every time he’s out for practice or basking in the glory of the ring.

Just a review for episode 1, you definitely can imagine what happened, whether you’re a big fan of both boxers or not, just look at how crumpled and weary Mosley looked in the first episode.

That’s one no-show because the last two fights which he had two years ago were all lackluster and plain boring. People speculate on the fact that Mosley may not have a chance at winning over Pacquiao, even if he’s deemed sturdy and undefeated. Bottom line is, he grew too old and a bit slow, and as far as the first episode progressed, it turned out to be pretty boring for some, showing a bunch of videos with Pacquiao and Mosley being shuffled around from one place to another, and Pacquiao grinning that porcine smile in front of the camera, plus old clips to go by.

And for Shane Mosley, the fight clips and snapshots were quite so obsolete and late as well, picture out putting up a slideshow with his age-old fights with Oscar De La Hoya in 2000 and 2003. It won’t be too late until avid fans and enthusiasts would figure out that they are trying to sell the fight like an endorsement all the more, showing how bad and worse Mosley looked in his previous pair of fights. Even Pacquiao’s trainer, Freddie Roach, and trusty promoter Bob Arum were having banter about how Mosley is not that easy people and boxers should mess up about. Te episode was aired on CBS, enabling a lot of avid fans to see it. See you on May 7 for the biggest fight of the year!

Over Word Wars and Banters: Pacquiao Never into Steroids

Two years after Floyd Mayweather Sr. and other executives of Golden Boy Promotions blatantly pointed fingers at Manny Pacquiao of using Performance-Enhancing Drugs (PEDS) or steroids in order to add oomph to his performance, the never-proved charges continue to chase Pacquiao on his heels as the case progresses, gracing thr pages of glossies and the Internet endlessly since the lawsuit was filed in 2009.

On Christmas Day back in 2009, Pacquiao sought refuge from Bob Arum by helping him file a lawsuit against Money Mayweather Jr. and company for defamation. Arum later enlisted the services of Danielle Petrocelli, who is the famous lawyer of OJ Simpson to get his hands full on the case. Well, you’d better watch Pacquiao vs Mosley online s you won’t chase on anything late.
Before Pacquiao could file his case in court, he issued the following statements:

"I have tried to just brush it off as a mere prefight ploy, but I think they have gone overboard

"I have had people coming over to me now asking if I really take performance-enhancing drugs, and I have cheated my way into becoming the number one boxer in the world."

"I maintain and assure everyone that I have not used any form or kind of steroids and that my way to the top is a result of hard work, hard work, hard work and a lot of blood spilled from my past battles in the ring, not outside of it.”

"I have no idea what steroids look like, and my fear in God has kept me safe and victorious through all these years.”

In return, Mayweather’s team hurtled the following statements to Pacquiao’s camp:
"Let it be very clear that nobody from Team Mayweather or Golden Boy Promotions is accusing Pacquiao of anything.

"But the reality seems to be that, for whatever reason, Pacquiao does not want to participate in random blood testing, which has already been deemed a harmless procedure that many current athletes are subjected to, prior to and during competition."

In two years’ time, Pacquiao had been continuously attacked by Mayweather and company in fact or print, and the internet and broadcast media with same painful accusations, disregarding the fact that that the case has already been within reach of the court.

PED or no PED, I still think Many Pacquiao has got what it takes to be a champion in and out of the ring, his boxing acumen, and of course, his heart of old. Watch Pacquiao vs Mosley online free only here!

Pacquiao vs Mosley is Officially Sold Out

Fresh out, totally! That’s how the May 7th match between Manny Pacquiao and Sugar Shane Mosley can be defined as the tickets and the venue has officially been sold out at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. That would not be a surprise and headlines, considering the MGM Grand is too small for the historical match of boxing kings. With a seating capacity of only a staggering 16800, which compared to the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas is just a far cry as a good and large venue. Fact is, even some of the lesser big names in Hollywood and beyond could likely fill out and spill off spectators for the MGM Grand. You wn’t believe it don’t you? Then watch Pacquiao vs Mosley online free only here, so you’ll never miss out on anything.

Considered to be a mega fight, it will absolutely pay off on pay per view as the Pacquiao vs Mosley fight is one that’s definitely going to take boxing enthusiasts and fans off of their seats, by storm. I’m not that big fan of Pacquiao but honestly, he’s got a bigger chance of winning the fight, considering he’s got the stamina, the speed, and the power only a champion welterweight can ever exude. Watch Pacquiao vs Mosley online free and see how Mosley isn’t a big draw on his own, which is something we saw in his fights which haven’t involved big stars like de la Hoya and Cotto. Surely, the Pacquiao vs Mosley fight may bring on loads of cash and a staggering rate for pay-per-view but don’t you think the fight’s a bit passé?

I mean it’s not every day that you see such champion like Mosley go out of his way to fight a younger and even stronger opponent like Manny Pacquiao. But enough with understatement. I do believe Mosley also has his own assets in order for him to win the fight, plus a lesson in life too; like never fight to the last when you’re way past your prime and if you’re hours away from a receding hairline. It’s just not good, and tacky n your reputation too.
